The Fall Season 2019 will start on 10/7, for 6 weeks as usual. We will have many exciting weekend events including Carnes Crossroads Wellness Fair! (Details will be announced soon but yes, we will have Zumba® Demo or Flash Mob in the event, and… Puppy Yoga!!) I will keep you posted. Please stay turned!!
We will have 2 Evening classes on Tuesday & Thursday as usual, also 1 morning Pool Class on Friday, starting June 7. All levels are welcome. Let’s make your Summer strong!
Tuesday morning Zumba® Toning (Low impact cardio with upper body toning with toning sticks), Thursday morning Conditioning (Circuit or Interval Whole Body Training) + Yoga, Tuesday evening CCX Boot Camp (cardio, lower & upper body strength and core workout) are good for All Levels. Thursday evening STRONG by Zumba® is advanced High Intensity Interval Training. All classes will be held at the Barn. Everybody (non-resident too) is welcome.

As Carnes Crossroads Wellness Club, we are teaming up for a few local 5K (3 miles) fun run/walk events in March. Also, meeting at the Cooper River Bridge Run (10K) in April!!

We are starting Group Running/Winter Conditioning sessions in Carnes Crossroads as FREE!!This session is open for everybody. Non-residents are welcome so feel free to bring your friends and family! Walkers are welcome too.
The Group Running Session will be Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm & 6:30pm, Saturday 9am. Also, we keep continuing Zumba® fitness class at The Blake, activity room during Winter. ($5 per class, Unlimited class Season Pass for $25!)
Here is the Calendar for Jan. 3 – Feb. 16. Saturday mornings are going to be conditioning boot camp Carnes Style (will be arranged/modified up to the participants of the day).
Tuesday & Thursday evening class program, time, location can be changed in last minute due to the Barn repairing construction & Daylight saving time change, and the weather. (At this point, still all classes are meeting at the Barn.)
I am posting on our facebook page daily if we have any change from this calendar. Let’s get some extra calorie burn before holiday season!
The next 6 weeks… from Monday, August 27th to Friday, October 5th are “End of Summer SEASON”! It’s going to be much cooler in the morning. We will continue our pool class as long as possible while the weather parmits.
